Praguery’s speciality is chimney cakes, a sweet pastry that originates from Hungary. These cylindrical-shaped treats are made by rolling dough around a wooden dowel and baking it over an open flame until it’s golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We dust the cakes with sugar and serve them with your choice of fillings and toppings.
We take this mouthwatering dessert to the next level, filling our chimney cakes with creamy, homemade ice cream. While you can choose to eat the chimney cakes plain, you can also make them your own with different fillings and toppings made in-house from quality, natural, locally sourced ingredients. We offer a variety of flavours to choose from, including classic vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, as well as more unique flavours like Pistachio, PB & Jam, or Mango Coconut.
